Telmoss system includes central unit, dialup video transmitter, with built
in GSM engine and combination of client applications, one for PC computer
running on Windows XP and the other for GSM smart phones running on Symbian
Series60 OS. The system itself is dedicated for remote video surveillance,
mainly at the sites where fix phone line is not installed (e.g. dislocated
objects the mountains) or simply for vehicle observation. The device supports
4 alarm (dry contact) inputs which are logically joined to 4 video inputs.
So users will be notified about any alert, any time, any where, simply
by SMSes sent to their GSM mobile phone. In that case they can see "in
live", on their mobile phone LCD, what really happened, watching remotely
either live images or stored images from archive.
